PariPesa Ghana Review 2026: Fast Payout, Offshore Licence

Reviewed by Alex Mensah · Last updated: 27 September 2026 · Overall rating: 7.8/10

Quick summary

PariPesa Ghana runs at paripesa.top and is the brand’s Ghana-facing site, with cedi accounts, mobile money deposits from 5 GHS and a casino welcome package worth up to 25,000 GHS plus 150 free spins. We tested it with our own money in September 2026. The part that matters most went well: our withdrawal of 574 GHS landed in about 7 minutes, with no fee and no argument, which is the fastest payout we have recorded on this site. The part to weigh is where the oversight sits. The footer on the site we tested displays a Curacao licence held by Optim Development B.V., and we found that number on the regulator’s own register, so you can check who is behind it before you deposit. That entry needs reading in full rather than as a tick: its expiry date of 16 January 2026 has passed, while its status reads “Assessment in progress” rather than “Expired”, which is a separate value the same register uses. What you will not find is a Ghanaian licence: the operator told us it holds one, and the Gaming Commission of Ghana register does not list the brand or any of the companies named in its own documents, which we checked twice in September 2026. Add a bonus you can only clear on slots at 35 times the bonus with a 85 GHS cap on every bet, an Android app that installs as an APK because it is not on Google Play, and an iOS app that needs an App Store region change, and you get a fast, well-stocked, easy-to-use casino whose licensing you cannot check the way you can check the locally licensed brands we rank. Good for players who want speed and a huge lobby; not the pick for players whose first question is who regulates this site.

Affiliate disclosure: We may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this page. This never changes our score or what we write. On this page that cuts against the brand in the most expensive way possible: its licensing category scores 6.0 out of 10 because the brand told us it holds a Ghanaian licence that the Commission’s own register does not record, and we print that finding rather than the marketing line. Every casino on this site is scored on the same published weights, so a partner brand is measured against the same yardstick as one we earn nothing from. Read our full methodology.

Those weights are the same on every review we publish, and we print them so you can check the arithmetic instead of taking the headline on trust. Two rows explain the whole score. Payout is scored on a real withdrawal we made ourselves, 574 GHS that reached us in about 7 minutes, which is the fastest payout we have recorded on this site. It scores 9.0 rather than higher for one reason worth being precise about: we hold the duration, and not the request time, completion time and reference number we hold for our 1xBet test, which took about ten minutes but is documented to the letter. Licensing scores 6.0: the site displays a Curacao licence we found on that regulator’s register, which is the same standard we apply to every offshore brand we rank, though that entry carries an expiry date that has already passed and a status we cannot interpret, as the legal section sets out. On top of that the operator told us it holds a Ghanaian licence that the Commission does not record, and a brand that overstates its regulatory position once is a brand to read carefully. Fast money and offshore oversight is the trade here, and 7.8 out of 10 is what it averages out to.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Our 574 GHS withdrawal was paid in about 7 minutes with no fee and no chasing, the fastest we have recorded
  • GHS accounts with MTN, Vodafone and AirtelTigo mobile money from 5 GHS
  • The licence number in the footer is on the Curacao regulator’s own register, under the company named beside it
  • At least 158 studios in the provider directory, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, NetEnt and Hacksaw Gaming
  • 24/7 support that put a named human agent on live chat in about a minute
  • Casino and sportsbook share one wallet, so one deposit covers both
  • RTP is shown inside the game info, which most rivals in this market hide

Cons

  • No Ghanaian licence, despite the operator telling us it holds one: the Commission’s register does not list the brand
  • On the Curacao register that licence entry’s expiry date, 16 January 2026, has already passed
  • No Google Play listing, so Android installs come as an APK, and iOS needs an App Store region change
  • Bonus wagering is 35x the bonus in 7 days, capped at 85 GHS per bet, and live casino and table games do not count toward it
  • Free spins arrive only after the deposit bonus is fully wagered, on two named slots
  • The published terms send wins above 10,000 EUR for partner approval before they are credited
  • Deposit, loss and session limits cannot be set in the account, only through support, and take 24 hours to apply

Our hands-on test: what actually happened

We do not rate a casino we have not used, so before scoring PariPesa we opened a real account on paripesa.top, funded it with our own money, played, and took money back out in September 2026.

Registration. There are three routes: phone with an SMS code, email, and social or messenger sign-in through Google, Telegram, X, Discord, Apple ID, Line or Metamask. The email route runs in three short steps and the form asks for your country, a password and an optional promo code, then makes you choose your welcome offer immediately: the sports bonus, the casino package, or neither. That choice is easy to click past, and it matters, because the terms treat switching or refusing a bonus type as forfeiting the rest of the sequence. The account details you enter have to match your Ghana Card, since that is the document the operator asks for later.

PariPesa email registration, step 1 of 3, asking for an email address
The email route: three steps, then the bonus choice.

Deposit. We funded the account in cedis with our own money and the balance was there to play with straight away. The cashier carries mobile money, cards, e-wallets and crypto, and the operator puts the floor at 5 GHS for mobile money with no fees on its side. One thing the published terms make clear and the cashier does not: a deposit made in cryptocurrency cannot activate a bonus at all, so if the welcome package is why you are here, fund the account in cedis.

Gameplay. We played slots on mobile and the lobby behaved: search returned instantly, games loaded in a few seconds on mobile data, and spins settled without a stutter. Game info panels show the RTP before you play, which is a small thing that tells you something about the operator.

Withdrawal: 574 GHS, about 7 minutes. This is the number that matters on this site. We requested 574 GHS from our real balance on paripesa.top and the money reached us in roughly 7 minutes, with no fee deducted, no extra document demanded at the last moment and no support ticket needed. That is the fastest payout we have recorded anywhere on this site, faster than the roughly ten minutes our 1xBet test took, and it is the single strongest thing about this brand. One difference between the two is worth stating rather than burying, because it is why this category scores 9.0 rather than higher: on 1xBet we hold a request time, a completion time and a reference number for the same transaction, and here we hold the duration. Two further caveats belong next to the result rather than under it. First, the operator states a Ghana Card is required before any withdrawal, with verification taking up to 48 hours, so budget for that step the first time. Second, the published terms carry a turnover condition: before you cash out, stakes worth 100% of your deposits must have been placed at odds of 1.10 or higher, and the same terms send wins above 10,000 EUR to the operator’s partners for approval before crediting. Our payout was a normal-sized one and cleared instantly; a five-figure win is a different conversation, and the terms say so. For how this compares with the rest of the market, see our ranking of fast payout casinos in Ghana.

Customer support. Live chat opens with a bot, and ours failed on the first question before handing over. The handover was quick: a named human agent picked the conversation up about a minute later and answered properly in English. Support runs 24/7, with separate email addresses for general queries, security and blocked accounts, plus a Telegram support bot for Africa.

The bot missed the question, then a human agent joined about a minute later.

Legal to use, and licensed offshore rather than in Ghana. Here is the whole picture, in the order we checked it.

  • What the site shows. The licensing panel in the footer of paripesa.top names the Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/225/0601, held by Optim Development B.V. (Curacao company registration 154511), with Vezzali Limited in Cyprus as the payment agent. A number you can read before you deposit is the minimum we require of any brand we rank, and it is there.
  • What the register actually says, in full. That licence number appears on the Curacao regulator’s own public register against Optim Development B.V., with the same company registration number the footer gives. Read in September 2026, the entry shows the licence issued on 16 July 2025 with an expiry date of 16 January 2026, which has passed, and a status reading “Assessment in progress”. Two things are worth knowing before anyone draws a conclusion from that, and we are not going to draw one for you. First, the register uses a short list of status values and one of them is “Expired”. The regulator did not use it here, so it has not called this licence expired, and neither do we. Second, it publishes no definition of “Assessment in progress” anywhere, so what the phrase means is not something you, or we, can look up. One further limit belongs with it: the Curacao register lists no authorised domains for any entry, so it can confirm that this licence exists and who holds it, and it cannot confirm that it covers paripesa.top.
  • What does not line up, and what turned out to line up better than we thought. The same brand runs paripesa.io, whose licensing panel names a different company, Onorio Limited, under an Anjouan licence, ALSI-122405024-FI2. We searched the Anjouan register for that number and it is real, valid on its face until May 2027, and unlike the Curacao register it lists the websites it authorises: belabet.com, paripesa.africa, paripesa.io and paripesa.lat. paripesa.top is not one of them. That is useful rather than alarming: the issuer’s own record confirms that the Anjouan licence belongs to the brand’s other domains and not to the site we tested. It still means one brand, two regulators and two companies, and it still means you should check which address you are on before you register.

We also asked the plain question a Ghanaian player would ask: does this brand hold a licence from the Gaming Commission of Ghana? The answer we received said yes, a local licence exists, and gave no number, no category and no register entry. So we checked for ourselves, twice, in September 2026. PariPesa does not appear on the Commission’s list of licensed operators, and neither do any of the three companies named in the brand’s own documents. The list carries dozens of operators licensed for the 2026 year, including brands we review, so the absence is not a gap in the record. One detail about that list is worth knowing because it changes how anyone can check a Ghanaian claim: it publishes trade names and activity categories, not licence numbers. So a Ghanaian licence number printed in any casino’s footer cannot be matched against the Commission’s own record by you or by us, and what can be checked is whether the brand appears and under which activity. PariPesa does not appear, there is no GCG seal or number anywhere on the site, and no Ghanaian country-code domain for the brand. A claimed local licence that the local regulator does not record is the single reason licensing scores 6.0 rather than higher here: not because the offshore paperwork is missing, but because the brand described its position to us in stronger terms than the evidence supports. If you want to understand why that matters more here than any bonus, our guide to how Ghana licenses gambling operators explains what the Commission’s licence actually buys you: a regulator in your own country that takes complaints in your own language, on your own time zone, with power over the operator.

PariPesa footer showing Curacao licence OGL/2024/225/0601 and Optim Development B.V. as the operating company
The licensing panel on paripesa.top: Optim Development B.V., Curacao licence number in full.

What does that mean in practice? A Curacao licence is a real instrument with a public register behind it, and it is the same one MelBet runs its casino on, but it is still offshore: your complaint travels to the Caribbean rather than to Accra. It sits well above the Anjouan licences two brands on our list hold, and the reason is specific: the 2024 GIABA mutual evaluation of the Comoros, published by the FATF, records that gambling is prohibited under the Comorian penal code at union level, so there is no national regulated sector for an Anjouan gambling licence to sit inside at all. The brands we rank that hold licences issued by Ghana’s own regulator are a different proposition again on this one point, and if that is your priority, start with our 1xBet Ghana review or our BC.Game Ghana review instead. Note also that Ghana scrapped the 10% withholding tax on gambling winnings in April 2025, so tax is not the issue here; recourse is.

None of that makes the site unsafe to use, and our own test says the opposite about the thing players fear most: we asked for our money and it arrived in minutes. It does mean that if something goes wrong, the escalation path is an offshore licensing body rather than a Ghanaian one, and you should size your balance accordingly.

Is paripesa.top the official PariPesa site?

paripesa.top is the address the operator gave us for Ghana, and it is the only domain we tested. Every figure on this page comes from it. The brand also runs paripesa.io, paripesa.africa, paripesa.lat and paripesa.com, and the Anjouan licence covering several of those names a different company from the one on the site we tested, which is exactly the confusion a cloned site thrives on.

Two checks before you deposit anywhere carrying this name:

  • Confirm the address bar reads the domain you were given, with no extra words, hyphens or country codes bolted on
  • Open the licensing panel in the footer and read which company and which licence number it names, then keep that screenshot. Both numbers this brand uses are searchable on their own regulators’ registers, so you can check either one yourself. If the answer changes between visits, that is worth knowing before your money is inside

The same rule applies to the apps. Install the Android file only from the operator’s own site, never from a forwarded link, a Telegram channel or a search advert.

Bonuses: what the 25,000 GHS package really costs

The casino welcome package is spread across your first four deposits, and it is a genuine cash match rather than a locked drip. The percentages, the free spins and the caps are all published:

DepositBonus and free spinsMaximum bonus
1st100% + 30 FS5,000 GHS
2nd50% + 35 FS5,800 GHS
3rd25% + 40 FS6,600 GHS
4th25% + 45 FS7,600 GHS
PariPesa welcome package terms showing bonus percentage and free spins for the first four deposits
The four-deposit structure in the operator’s own terms.

The minimum qualifying deposit is 170 GHS for the first bonus and 240 GHS for each of the next three, and the package only unlocks on an account with your profile completed and your phone number activated. So far so ordinary. The cost lives in the wagering rules, and they are stricter than the headline suggests:

  • 35 times the bonus, within 7 days. The multiplier applies to the bonus amount rather than bonus plus deposit, which is the fairer of the two common formulas, but a 7-day window on a 35x requirement is tight
  • 85 GHS maximum per bet while wagering. Bet above it and you are outside the terms
  • Slots only, and not all of them. The published terms exclude every version of roulette, baccarat, blackjack and poker, plus slots filed under “Others”, from counting toward wagering. Everything else counts in full. The operator told us it does not publish a per-game contribution table, so those exclusions in the terms are the only guide you get
  • Free spins come last. They are credited only after the deposit bonus has been fully wagered, on two named slots: Juicy Fruits 27 Ways for the first two deposits and Big Bass Bonanza for the third and fourth. Winnings from the spins go to your main balance with no further wagering, which is the best clause in the whole offer
  • What converts is capped. When the requirement is met, what moves across to your real balance will not exceed the bonus amount itself
PariPesa bonus terms stating x35 wagering on deposit bonuses within 7 days
35x on the bonus, 7 days from activation, straight from the terms.

Run it on the first tier. Deposit 170 GHS, take the 100% match, and you have a 170 GHS bonus that needs 5,950 GHS staked on qualifying slots inside a week, in bets of no more than 85 GHS. That is doable for a regular player and out of reach for a casual one, which is the honest way to describe most welcome packages in this market. If you bet on sports instead, the first-deposit offer is 100% up to 1,700 GHS with a much gentler 5x turnover, though it has to be cleared in accumulators of three or more selections with at least three legs at odds of 1.40 or better. Compare the terms side by side in our guide to the best casino bonuses in Ghana.

Casino and games

The lobby is one of the largest we have opened from Ghana, and this time we counted rather than repeated. Here is exactly what we did, so you can repeat it: we opened the providers page on paripesa.top in September 2026, where every studio is listed with its own title count printed beside it, and we added them up. That gives at least 158 studios and more than 20,000 titles. We say at least because the page may load more entries than the view we counted, so treat both numbers as a floor rather than a ceiling. Two more caveats belong with them. This is the provider directory rather than a lobby filtered to Ghana, so a handful of those titles may not open from here. And the total is roughly double the 10,000+ figure the brand markets elsewhere, which tells you the marketing copy is older than the catalogue. The ten largest studios on the list alone account for more than 6,800 titles, led by Pragmatic Play with 1,187, KA Gaming with 1,014 and Spinomenal with 775. What that buys you:

  • Slots from the studios players recognise, including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, PG Soft, Blueprint, Betsoft and BGaming
  • Crash and instant games, with Aviator front and centre on the home screen and Aviatrix, Galaxsys and Turbo Games alongside it
  • Live-dealer tables from Evolution (527 titles listed), Ezugi, Vivo Gaming and SA Gaming, plus TVBet and bingo
  • Sports, esports and virtuals in the same wallet, including scratch cards and hunting and fishing titles

Two practical notes. RTP is displayed in the game information panel, so you can check a slot before you spin it, which is not standard in this market. And the exclusions in the bonus terms matter here: the live tables and card games that make the lobby look deep are exactly the ones that do not count toward clearing a bonus. For how the slot side compares brand by brand, see our guide to the best slots sites in Ghana.

Sportsbook

PariPesa started as a bookmaker and it shows. Football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, esports and a long tail of niche markets sit in the same wallet as the casino, live betting runs around the clock, and the sports welcome offer is the softer of the two. Our September test focused on the casino side, so we are not scoring odds quality, market depth or streaming yet, and we would rather leave that section thin than pad it with claims we have not checked. If betting is your main reason for being here, our ranking of Ghana’s betting sites judges sportsbooks on their own terms.

Payments: mobile money in cedis

This is the category we weight most heavily and the one PariPesa handles best. Accounts run in GHS, and the cashier covers the three rails Ghanaian players actually use, alongside cards, e-wallets and crypto:

MethodDepositsWithdrawals
MTN Mobile MoneyFrom 5 GHS, no fee (operator statement)10 to 50,000 GHS (operator statement)
Vodafone Cash (Telecel)From 5 GHS, no fee (operator statement)10 to 50,000 GHS (operator statement)
AirtelTigo MoneyFrom 5 GHS, no fee (operator statement)10 to 50,000 GHS (operator statement)
Visa and Mastercard10 to 999 USD equivalent (operator statement)Supported (operator statement)
Crypto and e-walletsSupported, no bonus eligibility on crypto (published terms)Supported (operator statement)
Our own withdrawal (tested)–574 GHS, credited in about 7 minutes, no fee

Only the last row of that table is ours. Everything above it is what the operator told us in writing and we have tagged each cell accordingly, because a table gets quoted on its own long after the paragraph around it is forgotten. One figure deserves a flag: the card limits were given to us in dollars on a cedi account, so check the converted minimum in the cashier before you fund with a card. Everything else matched our experience. The terms add a rule worth knowing before your first cashout: withdrawals go back through the method you deposited with, proportionally if you used several, and you are expected to have staked the value of your deposits at odds of 1.10 or higher first. The operator still refers to Vodafone Cash by its old name; in Ghana that service is now Telecel Cash.

Speed and performance

On mobile data, the site was quick throughout our session: the home screen, the slot lobby and the bet slip switched without lag, search returned instantly and the cashier flow never stalled. We have not yet benchmarked the domain against Google’s real-user Core Web Vitals data the way we do on our longer-standing reviews, and we will add the numbers here, pass or fail, once we have run them.

Mobile app and usability

Almost all play in Ghana happens on a phone, and this is the weakest of the practical categories. The mobile site is the strong part: it adapts automatically, carries settings that cut data consumption, and needs no install at all. The apps are where the friction sits. Android is distributed as an APK from the operator’s own site. We searched Google Play for the brand’s betting app and found no official listing, which the operator confirmed when we asked, so the install happens outside the store and outside its safety checks: no store review, no automatic updates, and a file you have to trust before you open it. iOS is worse: the operator’s own answer is that you reach the App Store listing by changing your App Store region with a VPN. We are not going to recommend that a Ghanaian player rewire their Apple account to install a casino, and we score the category at 6.0 out of 10 because of it. Use the mobile browser, which does everything the app does.

Customer support

Support is available 24 hours a day through live chat, with a Telegram support bot for African customers and separate mailboxes for general questions, the security department and blocked accounts. In our test the bot answered first, failed to understand the question, and handed over to a named human agent who arrived about a minute later and answered clearly in English. One channel is missing: there is no Ghanaian phone line, so everything happens in chat or email.

How to register at PariPesa Ghana (step by step)

  1. Open the site and read the licensing panel in the footer before you do anything else, and check which of the brand’s addresses you are on.
  2. Tap Registration and pick a route: phone with an SMS code, email in three steps, or a social or messenger account.
  3. Enter your name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your Ghana Card, since that is the document requested before your first withdrawal.
  4. Choose your welcome offer deliberately: sports, casino or neither. Switching or refusing later can cost you the rest of the sequence.
  5. Deposit in cedis by mobile money, from 5 GHS, or from 170 GHS if you want the first casino bonus tier. Crypto deposits do not qualify for bonuses.
  6. If you take the package, remember the 7-day clock, the 35x requirement and the 85 GHS ceiling on each bet.

Responsible gambling

Betting should stay entertainment. PariPesa offers voluntary self-exclusion, with the operator quoting periods of 1 month, 6 months or 1 year, and lifting an exclusion early is at the company’s discretion. Two honest caveats. The published terms describe different self-exclusion periods in different sections, so confirm the term you are agreeing to before you request one. And deposit, loss and session limits cannot be set by you in the account: they go through support, and a change only takes effect 24 hours after the last update. The responsible gambling link the operator points to is GambleAware, a United Kingdom service rather than a Ghanaian one. You must be 18 or older to play, and only ever with money you can afford to lose. For local guidance, see our Responsible Gambling page.

Frequently asked questions

Is PariPesa legit?
It paid us, and it shows a licence you can look up. We deposited real money on paripesa.top, played, and withdrew 574 GHS that arrived in about 7 minutes with no fee. The footer displays Curacao licence OGL/2024/225/0601 under Optim Development B.V., and we found that number on the Curacao regulator’s own register under the same company. The entry needs reading in full: its expiry date of 16 January 2026 has passed, while its status reads “Assessment in progress” rather than “Expired”, which is a separate value that register uses, and the regulator publishes no definition of either wording. The one claim we could not support at all is the operator’s statement that it also holds a Ghanaian licence: the Commission’s list does not carry the brand.
Is PariPesa legal in Ghana?
The site is reachable and usable from Ghana and pays in cedis, but it is not licensed by the Gaming Commission of Ghana. We checked the Commission’s list of licensed operators twice in September 2026 and PariPesa is not on it, nor are the companies named in its own legal pages. The operator told us a local licence exists but supplied no number. Worth knowing about that list: it publishes trade names and activity categories rather than licence numbers, so a Ghanaian licence number in any casino footer cannot be matched against it, and what you can check is whether the brand appears and under which activity. Brands we rank that do hold a Ghanaian licence appear on it.
What is the official PariPesa site for Ghana?
The operator gave us paripesa.top as its Ghana-facing domain, and that is the only site we tested. The brand also uses paripesa.io, paripesa.africa, paripesa.lat and paripesa.com. Those other addresses sit under a separate Anjouan licence held by a different company, Onorio Limited, which we confirmed on the Anjouan register, and that licence does not cover paripesa.top. Check the address bar and the footer details before depositing.
How long do PariPesa withdrawals take?
Our own withdrawal of 574 GHS was credited in about 7 minutes, which is the fastest payout we have recorded on this site. The operator states withdrawals run from 10 GHS to 50,000 GHS and complete instantly or within 15 minutes, with no fees. A Ghana Card is required before your first withdrawal, and verification can take up to 48 hours.
Can I use MTN Mobile Money on PariPesa?
Yes. MTN, Vodafone (now Telecel) and AirtelTigo mobile money are all supported in GHS, with deposits from 5 GHS and no fees on the operator’s side.
What is the PariPesa welcome bonus in Ghana?
The casino package runs across four deposits and is worth up to 25,000 GHS plus 150 free spins: 100% and 30 spins on the first deposit, then 50% and 35, 25% and 40, and 25% and 45. Minimum qualifying deposits are 170 GHS for the first and 240 GHS for the rest. Wagering is 35 times the bonus within 7 days, with a maximum bet of 85 GHS while wagering.
How many games does PariPesa have?
We counted the providers page on paripesa.top in September 2026 and found at least 158 studios whose published title counts add up to more than 20,000 games, led by Pragmatic Play, KA Gaming and Spinomenal, with Evolution supplying the live tables. Those are floor figures from the provider directory rather than a lobby count filtered to Ghana, and the total is about double the 10,000+ the brand markets elsewhere. Catalogue sizes change, so we recheck at each update.
Is there a PariPesa app for Ghana?
There is an Android app, installed as an APK from the operator’s own site because the brand is not on Google Play. The iOS app requires changing your App Store region, which we do not recommend. The mobile site adapts automatically and includes data-saving settings, and it does everything the app does.
How does PariPesa score 7.8 out of 10?
We weight seven categories and publish the weights. PariPesa scores 9.0 on payments for Ghana, 6.0 on licensing, 9.0 on payout, 9.0 on games, 6.0 on mobile, 6.0 on bonuses and 9.0 on support, each out of 10. Weighted and divided by 11.5, that gives 7.826, published as 7.8. Licensing is what holds the total down: the Curacao licence is displayed and on the regulator’s register, though that entry’s expiry date has passed, and the brand is not on Ghana’s list despite telling us it is.
Is PariPesa safe?
Our money came back quickly and in full, which is the test most players care about, and the site displays a Curacao licence we found on the regulator’s register. Two things temper that. The register entry’s expiry date, 16 January 2026, has passed, and its status reads “Assessment in progress”, which the regulator does not define anywhere, so neither of us can tell you what it means. And a Curacao licence sends your complaint to the Caribbean rather than to a regulator in Ghana. Keep balances modest and keep your own records.
Who owns PariPesa?
The site we tested, paripesa.top, is operated by Optim Development B.V., registered in Curacao with company number 154511, which is the company named in its footer and on the Curacao licence. Vezzali Limited in Cyprus is named as the payment agent. The brand’s other domains, including paripesa.io, run under an Anjouan licence held by a different company, Onorio Limited. We confirmed that licence on the Anjouan register: it authorises belabet.com, paripesa.africa, paripesa.io and paripesa.lat, and it does not cover paripesa.top.
Do I pay tax on PariPesa winnings in Ghana?
Ghana removed the 10% withholding tax on gambling winnings in April 2025, so winnings are yours to keep. That applies to the money, not to the question of who regulates the operator paying it.

Final verdict: 7.8/10

PariPesa does the hard part well. We asked for 574 GHS and had it about 7 minutes later, with no fee, no last-minute document and no support ticket. That is the fastest payout we have recorded on this site, and it is the result most Ghanaian players are really shopping for. Around it sit cedi accounts with all three mobile money rails from 5 GHS, a provider directory we counted at 158 studios and more than 20,000 titles, floor figures both, visible RTP, one wallet across casino and sportsbook, and support that put a human on chat inside a minute.

What keeps it at 7.8 rather than higher is where the oversight sits and how the brand describes it. The footer displays a Curacao licence we found on the regulator’s register, which is the standard we hold every offshore brand to, though that entry carries an expiry date that has already passed and a status the regulator does not define. And the Ghanaian licence the operator told us it holds is not on the Commission’s list at all. That matters on a site that sends readers to deposit real money: it decides who you complain to when something goes wrong, and a brand that overstates its position once is one to read carefully. The bonus adds its own friction with a 7-day 35x clock and an 85 GHS bet ceiling, and the app situation asks Android users to sideload and iOS users to move their App Store region.

Who it is for: players who want fast mobile money payouts and a huge lobby, who read bonus terms before clicking, and who are comfortable that their regulator is offshore. Who should look elsewhere: anyone who wants a Ghanaian regulator behind their account, who prefers store-installed apps, or who plans to build a large balance in one place. For those players, start with the licensed brands on our list of the best online casinos in Ghana.

About the author · Alex Mensah
Alex Mensah is a co-founder of Best Casinos Africa and leads its casino reviews for Ghana. He spent more than a decade in the iGaming industry, most of it on the operator side, starting in customer support, becoming a support team lead, then moving into affiliate management and finishing as Head of Affiliates for a leading international brand, working only with fully licensed operators. He now uses that inside knowledge to hold casinos to the standard local players actually care about: getting paid, on mobile, safely. Every review on this site is built on real-money testing, real accounts, deposits through local payment methods, licence checks against the issuing regulator’s own register, full bonus-terms reads and Google PageSpeed Insights checks, each step documented, and every casino is scored on the same published set of weights so the numbers can be compared brand to brand. Where a step could not be documented, as with PariPesa’s claimed Ghanaian licence, which the Commission’s list does not support, and its unbenchmarked page speed, we say so rather than filling the gap, and we adjust the score rather than the story. Where a regulator’s own record leaves a question open, as this brand’s licence entry does on its dates, we publish both halves rather than choosing the convenient one. This PariPesa review follows that process and is kept up to date as bonuses, game counts and payment methods change. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.
