The weights are the same on every review, and all seven count because we documented the withdrawal: 90.25 weighted points divided by 11.5 gives 7.848, published as 7.8.

Why each score. Payout (9.0) is a documented result: we hold the amount, the operator's confirmation, the wallet receipt and the time from request to arrival. It stops at 9.0 because we have not published an on-chain hash and because the first request was rejected. Licensing (6.5) credits an Active certificate that lists this domain and a footer that names the company; it sits above PariPesa (6.0), whose Curacao entry shows an assessment in progress, and far below the brands licensed in Ghana. Payments (8.0) give credit for a cedi account and a quick crypto cash-out, and take it back for mobile money we have not tested and about 4% lost in conversion. Games (9.0) reflect the sportsbook depth we counted plus a large casino. Mobile (7.5) and support (8.5) come from our session. Bonuses (6.0) lose points for x35 in 7 days.

Pros and cons

Our real-money test from Ghana

Our tester in Ghana opened a real account on 3 November 2026, funded it twice, played, contacted support and withdrew on 4 November, all on a phone in the mobile browser.

Registration. Four routes: email, phone, social networks or one-click. Phone sign-up takes a +233 number and sends a code by SMS. Social sign-up covers Google, X, Twitch, Apple ID, Line and others. Every route lets you pick Ghana and GHS, and the forms ask for your date of birth and permanent registered address. At the end you choose the sports bonus, the casino bonus or no bonus. No document was requested at sign-up.

Deposits. Two deposits, 58.48 GHS on 3 November and 56.99 GHS on 4 November, both credited in cedis and shown in the account messages as received via epayment.

Withdrawal: about 3 minutes, documented. Our first request, at 17:21 on 4 November, was rejected; the message did not give a reason in its title, and we did not record one. A few minutes later our tester requested 61.49 GHS to a USDT wallet. The account message reports the e-transfer completed and confirmed by the operator, and our wallet logged 5.08 USDT at 17:29:13, about 3 minutes after the request. No ID was asked for. Of the 115.47 GHS we deposited, 61.49 GHS came back, 2.47 GHS stayed in the account and the rest went on play.

The conversion cost. At the mid-market rate on 4 November 2026, about 11.63 cedis to the dollar, 61.49 GHS was worth about 5.29 dollars. We received 5.08 USDT, so about 4% went on the exchange rate and network fee. Compare other timed cash-outs in our withdrawal test results.

Support. We asked live chat for a manager at 17:34. A bot acknowledged the request, and an agent named Britney replied at 17:35.

Is WinWin legit and licensed?

Short answer: yes, it is licensed in Curacao. The regulator certificate lists Alasia Soft B.V., licence OGL/2024/433/0399, status Active, with winwin.bet and ww-bet.com as approved domains, and our withdrawal was paid in minutes. It is not licensed in Ghana, so the Gaming Commission cannot step in if a payout is refused.

What the certificate shows. The CGA seal in WinWin's footer links to the Curacao licence certificate. On 5 November 2026 it showed Alasia Soft B.V., company number 163748, licence OGL/2024/433/0399, licensed since 16 September 2024, licence status Active, and two approved domains: winwin.bet and ww-bet.com.

What the site shows. The footer names Alasia Soft B.V., its Curacao registration number and address, and NANOG LTD of Cyprus as its payment agent, and says the company has been licensed since 16 September 2024. A second seal reads ADR Curacao e-Gaming compliance. The certificate, the seal and the footer agree.

The Ghana question. WinWin does not appear on the Gaming Commission of Ghana register as a sports betting or online casino licensee. The register does list a WINWIN entry under Remote Interactive Games, based in Accra and valid to 31 December 2026; we could not link it to winwin.bet or Alasia Soft, and that category does not license an online sportsbook. WinWin bonuses: sports and casino packages

Short answer: the sports package pays up to 5,200 GHS over four deposits and asks for x5 in accumulators. The casino and WinGames package pays up to 4,000 GHS plus 150 free spins over four deposits, with x35 on the bonus within 7 days and a 40 GHS maximum bet.

What x35 in 7 days means. A 40 GHS first deposit earns a 40 GHS bonus, which needs 1,400 GHS in bets within a week. Bets in the WinGames section count twice, so 700 GHS there does the same job. A full 1,000 GHS bonus needs 35,000 GHS in 7 days, which few players will manage. The sports package is lighter: a 13 GHS bonus needs 65 GHS in accumulators.

The conditions that matter. Each bonus unlocks only after the previous one is wagered, and you cannot withdraw until it is. For sports you must first fill in your profile, activate your phone number and opt in to sports bonuses in My Account. The sign-up banner says double your first two deposits, while the terms describe the four-deposit packages above; we score the terms. Can I deposit at WinWin with MTN MoMo?

Short answer: the cashier lists MTN mobile money for a Ghanaian account, beside ByBit Pay and crypto, and the account runs in cedis. Our deposits went through the channel labelled epayment and our withdrawal went out in USDT, so mobile money is still untested by us.

Casino games, Aviator and WinGames

WinWin's casino lists more than 10,000 games from more than 160 providers; these are the site's own figures, and we did not count the lobby. The home screen puts WinGames, crash games and slots such as Vampire Curse and Tomatoes: Hold and Win up front, with live casino, poker and TV games in the menu. We played Spribe's Aviator for real cedis: the screenshot shows a 6 GHS bet in flight at 1.32x, the cash out button at 7.92 GHS, and a second 3 GHS bet ready in the other panel. WinWin sportsbook

The sportsbook is the part of WinWin you see first, in a layout Megapari and 1xBet users will recognise. On 4 November 2026 the home screen counted 9,552 pre-match events and 1,057 live ones, from Asian Champions League football to ATP tennis, plus esports and virtual sports. Promotions running that week included a cashback race, a November Black Friday campaign and a football free bet; we did not take part. We placed no sports bet, so we do not score the odds. Which WinWin site is the official one?

Two domains are on the licence certificate: winwin.bet and ww-bet.com. In one of our checks winwin.bet redirected to ww-bet.com, which is expected, since both are approved. Other WinWin domains circulate online, including numbered ones; they are not on the certificate, so we would not sign up or deposit through them. Copy crypto deposit addresses only from your own logged-in cashier, because a transfer to the wrong wallet cannot be reversed. Our checklist on choosing a safe online casino covers the other checks.

Mobile site and app

We did the whole test on a phone in the browser. Pages loaded quickly, with Sports, Casino, Bet slip, Deposit and Menu on the bottom bar, and the deposit, withdrawal and chat flows all worked without switching to a computer. The footer links an app for Android and iOS and the site shows a download banner, but we did not install it and could not confirm a Google Play or App Store listing for Ghana, so mobile scores 7.5.
