Megapari Ghana Review 2026: 8-Minute Payout Tested
Megapari is an offshore casino and sportsbook that has taken bets since 2019 and now markets hard to Ghana, with a cedi account, mobile money in the cashier and Asamoah Gyan on its homepage. This Megapari review is based on a real account we funded with our own money in September 2026. The money side worked: a USDT deposit on TRC20 credited instantly, and when we cashed out roughly 70 US dollars’ worth of cedis as USDT, it reached our wallet in 8 minutes. The paperwork is the problem. The site footer we checked shows no licence number, no regulator and no company name; the About page says Curacao, the terms say Anjouan, and we could not match either claim to a public register. Megapari is not on the Gaming Commission of Ghana’s register in any category, and in 2024 Spain’s gambling regulator fined the company then listed as owner of the Megapari portal five million euros for operating without a licence. It scores 7.4/10 on our published weights, but it does not appear on our ranked list, because our entry rule requires a licence we can verify.
18+ only. Offshore site with no licence shown in its footer and no Ghanaian licence. Bonus wagering is x35 within 30 days, 70 GHS minimum deposit. Read the licence section below before you deposit. Gamble responsibly.

Our rating breakdown
| Category | Weight | Score |
|---|---|---|
| Payments for Ghana | 2.5 | 8.0/10 |
| Licensing and safety | 2.0 | 4.0/10 |
| Payout (tested) | 2.0 | 9.0/10 |
| Games and sports range | 1.5 | 8.5/10 |
| Mobile experience | 1.5 | 7.5/10 |
| Bonuses and promotions | 1.0 | 6.5/10 |
| Customer support | 1.0 | 8.5/10 |
| Overall (weighted) | 11.5 | 7.4/10 |
Those weights are the same on every review we publish, and we print them so you can check the arithmetic rather than take the headline on trust. Megapari is scored on all seven categories, because we completed and documented a withdrawal, so the weighted total is divided by the full 11.5. Two rows pull hard in opposite directions. Payout earns 9.0 because our money came back in 8 minutes. Licensing earns 4.0 because we could not confirm who licenses this site, or whether anyone does. A score is not a ranking, though: our list of the best online casinos in Ghana only includes brands whose licence we can verify, so Megapari is scored here and left off that list until that changes.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Our withdrawal, paid as USDT, reached our wallet in 8 minutes
- USDT deposit on TRC20 credited instantly into a cedi account
- MTN and iCash. One mobile money listed in the cashier alongside USDT
- A human live chat agent replied in about a minute
- Ghana bonus terms are readable in cedis: x35 on the bonus only, 30 days, 70 GHS maximum stake
- Very large game library with Aviator from 0.50 GHS and a MegaGames section that counts double towards wagering
Cons
- No licence number, regulator or company in the footer, and the site’s own pages name two different regulators
- Not on the Gaming Commission of Ghana register, so no local complaint route
- Spain’s regulator fined the company listed as owner of the Megapari portal five million euros in 2024 for operating without a licence
- Trustpilot has suspended Megapari’s rating for a guidelines breach and removed fake reviews
- The general terms contradict the Ghana bonus page on caps, time limits and maximum stake
- Mobile money deposits and withdrawals not yet tested by us; apps install from the site, not the stores
Our hands-on test: what actually happened
We do not rate any casino we have not used ourselves, so before scoring Megapari we opened a real account, funded it and cashed out with our own money in September 2026.
Registration. Megapari offers four ways in: email, phone, one-click, or a social network or messenger account. Every route asks for a country and a currency, and the form warns that the currency cannot be changed after registration, so pick GHS if you want cedi prices and mobile money. Phone sign-up sends an SMS to a +233 number and allows 10 attempts every 24 hours. No document was requested at sign-up, but the terms let Megapari ask for ID, proof of address or even a video call at any point, and hold payments until it is satisfied. What that means in practice is covered in our guide to how Ghana casinos handle verification.
Deposit. We funded the account with USDT on the TRC20 network and the balance credited instantly, in cedis. The cashier puts MTN at the top of its recommended list, next to USDT on TRC20 and ERC20, iCash. One, mobile money through iCash. One and Jetonbank. We did not deposit by mobile money in this test, so we do not report timings for it.
Withdrawal: 8 minutes, documented. We requested a withdrawal of roughly 70 US dollars’ worth of cedis from our GHS balance, paid out as USDT, and it reached our wallet 8 minutes after the request. That makes Megapari one of three brands on this site where we hold a documented payout end to end, and the first on crypto rails; the others are listed in our ranking of fast payout casinos in Ghana. Two limits on what that result proves. It was a small amount, and the terms treat large ones very differently: winnings above 10,000 euros are classed as Big Wins that need approval before they are credited, and verification by a payment provider can take up to 180 days. And it was a crypto payout, not a mobile money one.
Customer support. We opened live chat, chose “Other question”, and a bot handed us to a human agent who replied about a minute later. Support runs 24/7, and the footer lists two phone numbers, +44 1863 440619 and +357 800 92576. Megapari’s replies on Trustpilot point players to support@megapari.com.
Is Megapari licensed and legal in Ghana?
Playing on Megapari is not a crime for a Ghanaian player: Ghana’s Gaming Act targets operators, not customers. But Megapari holds no licence from the Gaming Commission of Ghana. It does not appear on the Commission’s public register in any category, sports betting or online casino, so if a withdrawal stalls there is no desk in Accra to complain to. Our guide to online gambling law in Ghana explains why that matters and how to run the register check yourself.
The harder question is which offshore licence, if any, stands behind the site, and Megapari’s own pages do not agree with each other.
- The footer we checked shows copyright, award badges, an ISO 9001 quality badge, two phone numbers and an 18+ mark, but no licence number, no regulator and no operating company.
- The About page for Megapari Africa says the site is fully licensed and operates under the laws of the “Curacao eGaming authority”.
- The terms and conditions say the products are licensed from Anjouan gaming, and name Vdsoft & Script Development SRL as the licence holder.
Third-party review sites report an Anjouan licence number for Megapari. Searches of the Curacao and Anjouan public registers for the brand, the company and that number returned no match in our checks, and without a number on the site itself there is nothing for a player to look up before depositing. A licence can exist and simply not be displayed, so we record Megapari’s licence as not confirmed rather than absent. But even the better of the two claims would be an Anjouan permission, the lightest type in this market: the 2024 GIABA mutual evaluation of the Comoros, published by the FATF, records that gambling is prohibited under the Comorian penal code at union level, so there is no national regulated sector behind the permission at all.
There is also a regulator’s record, and it is a matter of public record rather than rumour. In June 2023 inspectors from Spain’s Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling recorded evidence against Vdsoft & Script Development N.V., which had no Spanish authorisation and was listed as the owner of the Megapari gambling portal. The regulator fined it five million euros for organising gambling without a licence, and the Spanish consumer ministry announced in May 2024 that the operators fined in that round were also disqualified for two years. That company is an N.V., while the terms today name an SRL of the same name, and the case concerned Spanish players, not Ghanaian ones. We report it because it is the most important fact on record about who has stood behind this brand.
Two more signals are worth knowing. Megapari’s Trustpilot page states that the company’s rating is unavailable because of a breach of Trustpilot’s guidelines, and that a number of fake reviews were removed, so both the praise and the complaints there need salt. And the terms say that if your account is blocked for any reason, you lose access to every website linked to the licence holder, not just this one. The footer’s award badges are nominations from industry marketing events and the ISO badge is a quality-management standard; neither is a gambling licence.
Which Megapari site is the official one?
Megapari runs its main site at megapari.com and also serves the same platform through numbered mirror domains; one of our sessions loaded on an address of that kind. That is common for offshore brands blocked in some countries, but it makes the usual safety check harder. With a licensed operator, you confirm the domain against the licence register. Here there is no licence number in the footer and no register entry to confirm it against, so you cannot prove from the page itself that the site in front of you is the one the company operates. Install apps only from the official site, never from a forwarded link, and treat any page asking you to deposit into a personal account or a “Megapari agent” you do not know with suspicion: the cashier advertises a separate agent programme, and an agent is not the operator.
Bonuses: what the welcome package really costs
The casino welcome package is advertised as up to 20,000 GHS plus 150 free spins, and the Ghana terms we read in the account break it down clearly:
| Deposit | Bonus | Maximum bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% + 50 free spins | 6,700 GHS |
| 2nd | 100% + 100 free spins | 13,300 GHS |
The minimum deposit to qualify is 70 GHS. Deposit bonuses carry x35 wagering on the bonus amount within 30 days of activation, and the maximum stake while wagering is 70 GHS. One genuinely useful detail: eligible bets in the MegaGames section count twice towards wagering. On the smallest qualifying deposit of 70 GHS, the 70 GHS bonus needs 2,450 GHS in bets, or 1,225 GHS placed on MegaGames. That is a normal, clearable structure by this market’s standards, and far kinder than the headline-only offers we see elsewhere.
The problem is the rest of the paperwork. Megapari’s general terms describe a different package: caps of 500 and 1,000 euros, seven days to wager instead of 30, a five euro maximum stake, and free spins only after the bonus is cleared. The 10th deposit bonus shows the same split, 50% up to 3,968.6 GHS on the Ghana page against 300 euros and 48 hours in the general terms. We score the Ghana page because it is what a Ghanaian account is shown, but if a dispute ever arises, two sets of written rules is not a comfortable position to argue from. Screenshot the bonus terms in your own account before you opt in.
The promotions page also runs a Daily Mega Spin with one free spin a day and a Spin to Win wheel. On the sports side, new accounts are offered up to 3,600 GHS across two deposits. For offers we can compare across brands, see our guide to the best casino bonuses in Ghana.
Casino and games
Megapari’s About page claims more than 20,000 slot games, around 1,000 live dealer games and more than 200 providers, naming titles such as Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Aviator, Crazy Time, Book of Dead and Lightning Roulette. We did not count the lobby ourselves this time, so we publish those as operator figures. The library is plainly very large, and it covers:
- Slots from the major studios, plus Megapari’s own MegaGames range
- Crash and instant games, including Spribe’s Aviator, Crash Point and Gems & Mines
- Live-dealer tables with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows
- Virtual sports and card games built into the sportsbook
Aviator opens with a 0.50 GHS minimum bet per round, the same entry point we found at other brands, and two bet panels side by side. If you are new to the game, our guide on how to play Aviator covers the mechanics and the traps. Slot players comparing libraries across brands can start with our guide to the best slots sites in Ghana.
Sportsbook
Megapari started as a bookmaker and it shows: the live section listed close to 800 events when we opened it, and the layout will feel familiar to anyone who has used 1xBet or MelBet. Our September test focused on the casino, so we are not scoring odds quality or market depth yet. Note the sportsbook terms: minimum stake of 0.30 US dollars, a maximum return of 50,000 euros per bet, and no licence we could verify covering the betting side either. For betting sites judged on their own terms, see our ranking of Ghana’s betting sites.
Payments: cedis, crypto and mobile money
This is the category we weight most heavily, and Megapari’s Ghana setup is strong on paper. The account runs in GHS, and the cashier offers:
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| USDT (TRC20) | Instant (tested) | 8 minutes (tested) |
| USDT (ERC20) | Listed | Not tested |
| MTN | Listed | Not tested |
| Mobile money via iCash.One | Listed | Not tested |
| iCash.One, Jetonbank | Listed | Not tested |
The mobile money tile shows logos for AT, MTN and Vodafone, the network now trading as Telecel, which suggests the tile has not been updated since the rebrand. The withdrawal rules in the terms deserve a careful read before you deposit:
- Deposits must be wagered once, at odds of at least 1.1, before a withdrawal is allowed
- Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, split proportionally if you used more than one
- The daily withdrawal limit is stated as 10,000, without a currency
- Verification with a payment provider can take up to 180 days, and the account can be blocked during it
Our own crypto round trip was fast and clean, which is why this category scores 8.0. It stops there because mobile money, the method most Ghanaian players will use, is listed but untested by us, and runs through a third-party processor rather than directly. How the brands we tested compare on MoMo is in our guide to MTN MoMo casinos in Ghana, and the crypto side in our guide to crypto casino deposits in Ghana.
Mobile app and usability
We did the whole test on a phone, in the mobile browser. The site is busy but fast: promotions, MegaGames, crash games and a live winners ticker all sit above the fold, and the bottom bar keeps Sports, Casino, Bet slip, Deposit and Menu one tap away. Megapari also offers iOS and Android apps from links on its own site, and a download banner on the mobile homepage. We did not install them, and neither ships through the App Store or Google Play, which removes the store-review safety layer. The mobile browser version was enough for everything we did.
Customer support
Support runs 24/7 through live chat, with email at support@megapari.com and two phone numbers in the footer. In our test a human agent replied about a minute after the bot handed us over. The public record is less flattering: recent Trustpilot complaints concentrate on deposits that did not credit, withdrawals pending for days, and payment methods that stopped working, with the company replying publicly and asking players to email support. We score what we experienced, 8.5, and will keep sampling.
How to register at Megapari (step by step)
- Read the licence section above first, and decide whether you are comfortable with an offshore site whose licence we could not confirm.
- Tap Registration and choose email, phone, one-click or a social account.
- Select Ghana and GHS. The currency cannot be changed later.
- Add a promo code if you have one, and choose whether you want the sports or the casino welcome bonus.
- Fill in your profile, which the bonuses require, and deposit at least 70 GHS if you want the casino package.
- Screenshot the bonus terms in your account before you start wagering.
Responsible gambling
Megapari’s terms offer self-restriction for a week, a month, six months or a year, but only on a fully verified account, and the request needs a photo of your ID. That is a higher barrier than it should be for a tool meant for someone in trouble. You must be 18 or older to play, and only ever with money you can afford to lose. For support and independent tools, see our Responsible Gambling page.

Final verdict: 7.4/10
Megapari did the thing most offshore brands in our tests fail to do: it paid us, quickly. A USDT deposit credited instantly, a withdrawal reached our wallet in 8 minutes, live chat answered in about a minute, and the Ghana casino bonus is one of the more clearable welcome offers we have read, with x35 on the bonus only and 30 days to do it.
Everything around that result is the problem. The footer carries no licence, the site’s own pages name two regulators, neither claim matched a public register in our checks, and Megapari is not licensed in Ghana at all. Spain fined the company listed as owner of its portal five million euros for operating without a licence, Trustpilot has suspended its rating, and the general terms contradict the bonus page Ghanaian players actually see. A fast payout on a small amount tells you the pipes work; a licence is what protects you when a large one is refused.
Who it is for: crypto-comfortable players who deposit small amounts, value fast payouts and clearable bonus terms, and accept that no regulator stands behind the site. Who should look elsewhere: anyone who wants a licence they can check before depositing. Our top-rated 1xBet Ghana review and our BC.Game Ghana review cover the two brands we tested with a Gaming Commission of Ghana casino licence, and PariPesa is the offshore brand where we hold both a verified register entry and a documented mobile money payout.
18+ only. Scored on all seven categories after a documented 8-minute withdrawal. Not on our ranked list because we could not verify its licence. Gamble responsibly.
